Kurzbeschreibung: We want to optimize the processes in the craft industry from diagnosing customer needs to solving problems. To do this, we are developing an AI-supported chatbot for automated problem analysis and video call service with tradesmen who guide customers step-by-step through their repair. In this way, we shorten the customer's waiting time for expert feedback and, on the trade side, present the home office as a novelty for the entire industry.
